Ashleigh is excited to be joining the team at Energie Natural Health and brings with her over 5 years experience working as a Smoking Cessation Counsellor for both QuitSA and QuitVIC. Through her role with Qulitline she has helped hundreds of people successfully quit smoking, by helping them to take control of their health and be empowered to make positive changes.

Ashleigh has a strong background in Health Education and Promotion and has worked in the youth wellness sector (specializing in sexual health) developing and presenting a variety of community based health initiatives and health programs.

Ashleigh will work with you holistically to ensure that not only will you feel and look better, but that you will be able to integrate the changes into your lifestyle with sustainable results.

Ashleigh has special interests in adolescent and women’s health (fertility, preconception and reproductive disorders).
